The THIRTEENTH ANNUAL COLLECTOR CAR SHOW at TUBAC

Seven Alfas from our club braved the elements and participated in the show along with about 400 other cars. We were represented by Mitch and Kathy Robbins 95 Black 164 Quadrifoglio, Ken Henry's 78 silver Alfetta GT, Doug Steele's 74 GTV and his 94 Commemorative Edition Spider, Darrel Newell's 84 Graduate Spider(for sale),Adrian Smith's grey 86 Milano and Bob Swaim's 67 Duetto.

The THIRD ANNUAL CUFFARI PIZZA BASH


Don’t miss the best Pizza west of Italy! Joe and Lynn Cuffari make them in their very own Italian brick oven. Find out how good pizza can really taste!

TIME: 5:00 until the pizza runs out.

WHERE: 6150 N. Tucson Mountain Drive

DIRECTIONS: I-10 to Ina Road, West to Silverbell, South on Silverbell to Belmont Road (1 mile) OR I-10 to Camino del Cerro, West to Silverbell, North on Silverbell to Belmont (3 miles) THEN ½ mile west on Belmont Rd. and turn left (south) on Abington Road. Tucson Mountain Drive will be the first sreet on your left. The Cufarri's house is the one with Alfas parked in the driveway. Follow the pizza smell!

BRING: Yourelf, your Alfa and your choice of drink.

SATURDAY, July 15th


The MOUNT LEMON RUN

Our club will host the Phoenix club for a drive up the mountain together. Details below!

MEET: Saturday, July 15 at 10:30 AM

WHERE: In the Target/Fry's parking lot on the southwest corner of Oracle and First Avenue.

DIRECTIONS: Drive across town and stop at Viv's cafe at the Northwest corner of Tanque Verde and the Catalina Highway for a pit stop before starting up the mountain. The event will be at the Whitetail Campground at milepost 20.6

BRING: Our club is hosting a picnic. Bring any specialty drink and eats you want. Basics supplied.

DIRECTIONS: Go to Silverbell and turn west on Belmont Road (1 mile south of Ina and 3 miles north of Camino del Cerro).

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 24TH


The HARVESTING OF THE WINE FESTIVAL

    We're planning a drive to Elgin for the 22nd annual Harvesting of the Wine Festival.
    First a stop in Sonoita for breakfast, then lunch in Elgin. It's a beautiful drive, a great
    opportunity to test your Alfa on winding hilly roads. Enjoy the grasslands, the live oaks
    and maybe see some pronghorn antelope. We'll coast down the hills to conserve fuel!

MEETING TIME: 7:00 AM

MEETING PLACE: The parking lot at Li'l Anthony's Diner and the Gaslight Theater on the
    southwest corner of east Broadway and Kolb.

    Please email Bob Swaim  if you are planning on going.

    If you can't take the whole day, have breakfast with us then return home.
    

SATURDAY, OCTOBER 15TH


The ALPINE RUN

    The annual Alpine Run organized by the Phoenix club will be October 15th and 16th.
    We will meet the Phoenix group in Safford and head east to Clifton and Morenci before
    the final climb up Devils Highway to Hannagan Meadow and Alpine. Overnite at the
    Tal Wi Wi Lodge, then back to Tucson on Sunday through Springerville, Showlow,
    and Globe
